Guest lecturer from Japan, Dr. Naohiro Kitano, Professor at Global Center for Science and Engineering, Waseda University gave two special lectures on Japan’s Official Development Assistance (ODA), jointly hosted by the relevant institutions and the Embassy of Japan on March 18 and 19, 2019.

These lectures were aimed at deepening people’s understanding of Japan's initiatives for promoting “Quality Infrastructure” and for enhancing “Connectivity” in the Indo-Pacific region.
In total 320 audiences from the government, research institutions and media attended to receive the lectures.
