Farewell Ceremony for Amb. Mizukoshi organized by the Ministry of Finance

On 11^th October, Mr. K M Mahinda Siriwardana, Secretary to the Ministry of Finance, organized a farewell ceremony for Amb Mizukoshi at the Ministry of Finance.
 
Deputy Secretaries, Director-Generals of the Ministry, representatives of JICA and staff of the Embassy of Japan joined this ceremony.
 
In his speech, Secretary Siriwardana highlighted and appreciated Amb. Mizukoshi’s extraordinary efforts and initiatives he has made during his tenure for Sri Lanka and the people of Sri Lanka.

In his speech, Amb Mizukoishi extended his heartfelt appreciation to Secretary Siriwardana and his team for their tireless efforts and unwavering commitment to navigating the Sri Lankan economy through the turbulent two years of economic crisis, and hoped Sri Lanka would thrive and bilateral friendly relationship would flourish in the years to come.
 
Mr.Yamada, Senior Representative of JICA Office, also highly commended Amb. Mizukoshi’s great achievements, noting Amb changed the gloomy atmosphere in Sri Lanka in those days to a bright one like a magic.
