Ambassador MIZUKOSHI pays courtesy call on Hon. Chamal Rajapaksa, Minister of Irrigation

H.E MIZUKOSHI Hideaki, Ambassador of Japan to Sri Lanka, called on Hon. Minister of Irrigation, Chamal Rajapaksa on 9 March.

In commemorating the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries, Ambassador MIZUKOSHI and Hon. Minister Rajapaksa discussed the possible promotion of bilateral cooperation and investment in a wide range of fields including irrigation and agriculture.

While recalling the several visits to Japan made by the Hon. Minister in the past, they confirmed further bilateral exchange of human resources between the two countries with the relaxation of entry regulations in both countries as a favorable opportunity.
